Ha Noi Civil Industrial Construction joint stock company – Short name: HCIC, has the function of operating in the fields of consulting, investment and construction in accordance with Enterprise Registration License No. 0103775584 first registered on May 4, 2009, registered for the sixth time on November 02, 2022, issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment, with a nationwide scope.

Ha Noi Civil Industrial Construction JSC., HCIC, has developed through many historical stages. The company has inherited the activities of many prestigious units, construction consulting centers and major scientific and technical research and application centers in the country, such as: Hanoi University of Civil and Engineering (HUCE), Consultancy Company Limited of University of Civil Engineering (CCU), Vietnam Construction Technology and Interdisciplinary Training Consulting Office, Vietnam Federation of Civil Engineering Associations, etc.

Since its creation, HCIC has assembled a vast team of experts including professors, doctors, masters, engineers and architects who have made numerous contributions to solving scientific, technical and technological problems in all the basic fields of construction: civil and industrial construction, transportation construction, infrastructure construction.
